Renowned intent marketing expert Isabelle Kane joins SimplyDIRECT leadership team

Isabelle_Kane_HeadshotAs we carry forward our momentum into 2016, I would like to take a moment to welcome a new member to our Leadership team. As one of several recent exciting developments at SimplyDIRECT, I am thrilled to announce the appointment of Isabelle Kane to the position of Vice President, SD 2.0.

Isabelle is a widely-recognized expert in inbound and content marketing. She has achieved wide success in marketing leadership roles and is an innovative media strategist who brings deep expertise to SimplyDIRECT.

With more than 25 years of marketing experience, Isabelle comes to the SD team most recently from DWA, where she established the agency’s Boston office while serving as Senior Vice President of Client Services. While at DWA, Isabelle developed a new approach to the emerging field of Intent Marketing, which can be described as the science of harnessing critical data signals to identify, nurture and capture in-market buyers. Prior to her success at DWA, Isabelle held numerous other positions in roles of increasing responsibility, at marketing agencies that include PJA and Pro Media, Inc. Isabelle independently ran her own marketing strategy consultancy for more than eight years, as well. She has lectured extensively on a wide range of marketing topics, in roles as a strategic business advisor, marketing consultant, and adjunct professor.

As evidenced by her professional and academic background, Isabelle is an authority on the unique marketing challenges of B2B2C companies and their complex sales cycles and channels, with particular fluency in the High Tech, Consumer Tech, and Life Sciences industries. She brings to SimplyDIRECT a tenacious professional philosophy that centers around embracing complexity, and fearlessly tackling the most daunting marketing challenges. Through this approach, Isabelle boasts a track record of consistently delivering tangible results to her clients that translate into clear, actionable take-aways for their customer-facing teams. She delights in challenging the status quo and relentlessly doing the seemingly impossible, and claims with pride the following mantra: “Everything is measurable, with a little ingenuity and creativity.”

In her new role, Isabelle will serve as a member of the SimplyDIRECT Leadership Team and will focus on rolling out our new SD2.0 platform. SD2.0 provides a powerful approach to leveraging the data insights that SimplyDIRECT has been delivering to its many returning clients for nearly 20 years. Part of Isabelle’s vision for SD2.0 in 2016 and beyond is to take advantage of the ways that intent data can partner with content marketing strategies in order to nurture leads and close sales. In upcoming blog posts, we will be sharing more on how SD2.0 can boost target validation, engage qualified leads and realize higher opt-in rates.
