This technology permits clients to not only access leads generated on-line, but also to sort them, route them, and analyze them with a suite of graphics tools. “Frankly,” said company president, Doug Barth, “our clients wanted immediate access to campaign results, as well as the ability to do their own data mining and analysis into the information generated.”
Previously, SimplyDIRECT both delivered campaign results to clients, as well as performed their own analysis on market trends, preferences and research data. While the company still performs that role, clients asked for direct access so that they, too, could get a read on the market. SimplyDIRECT often compiles market research data and produces what “Pulse Reports”, PowerPoint-based documents that graphically display how the market answers questions on executive surveys.
What is particularly interesting to marketing professionals – and now available with this new technology – is the analysis of the source data, the companies and contacts that make up a given client’s target market.
