Kaitlin Dionis, Director of Customer Success, brings a strong background in managing projects and accounts in data and professional services. Most recently she was an account manager with Avention (formerly OneSource Information) where she specialized in list services. Before that she was interactive sales manager at Reed Business Information. She graduated from Assumption College where she majored in Marketing and Sociology.
Shelby Phillipo, Senior Manager of Customer Success, brings over a decade of experience in marketing services and account management. As a seasoned client services professional, she is dedicated to ensuring her customers see success and their goals are met. Before joining SimplyDIRECT, Shelby was a Client Success Manager with Virgin Pulse, a computer software company part of Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group. Prior to that, she worked as an Account Manager at IDG, where she specialized in list services and lead generation. She holds a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she graduated with honors.
Martha Reid, Senior Program Manager, has focused on working with enterprise clients since joining SimplyDIRECT in 2009. Martha is dedicated to her clients’ success—it is her all consuming goal. Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Earlham College and worked as a genetic scientist prior to her business career.
Corey Shea, Customer Success Manager, has focused on providing value to clients in his career in Account Management and Sales. Most recently he was an Account Executive in the SaaS field. He holds a BA in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
Mackenzie Walsh, Customer Success Manager, brings strong relationship building and project management skills. Most recently she was a Recruiter with The Kraft Group LLC. She graduated from Nichols College where she majored in Marketing and minored in Communications.
